Terms of service

Overall rules of how i work and do my commissions, read carefully.GENERAL-Commissioning me allows me personal use of your copy, including but not limited to using it to advertise my art and commissions.
-You may post the art wherever you like, crop it for various purposes or use it as a profile picture.
-Tracing, editing, or otherwise recreating my art without my permission is strictly prohibited. this also applies to training AI softwares on my style. Breaking this rule will immediately blacklist you from my commissions in the future.
-Once delivered, I am no longer responsible for any loss of product (although I do typically keep backups of the files, so please do not hesitate to ask if I still have them)
-If you wish for your commission to remain private or be finished by a specific date you must let me know.
-Refunds are not applicable for finished products; if a refund is requested while I am working on the commission, it will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be granted in full
-I reserve the right to deny your commission for any reason.
-I will still work on personal art with a comm queue.
-Due to personal reasons, some commissions may take longer then others.PAYMENT
-Payments are done through paypal or steam gift cards, simply provide the email associated with your paypal or the friend code associated with your steam account.
-Your commission may be denied if you cannot send payment through these means.
-You may be charged a complexity fee if i see fit.
PROCESS
-Once you send the payment, i will begin working on your commission as soon as i can.
-You will be sent multiple W.I.P.s of the process along the way if you wish, these will be JPEGs while the final product will be a PNG image.
-If you have any feedbacks or desire any changes, let me know as soon as possible so i may implement it.
-If you wait too long to send me feedback and require a major change to the piece, I may charge 25% extra.
-Commissions on average should take 1 or 2 weeks, but this time may vary. If i experience a delay i will notify you as soon as possible.
